We understand that coming in-person to our facility for every training season might not be feasible. Because of this we created our Hybrid Program.
After an initial in-person assessment, athletes will have the option of coming to our facility 1x or 2x per week. From there athletes will be able to complete their other days of training for the week at home.
This will save you time and money, while ensuring you are still able to complete your entire program.
Programs will be adjusted to whatever equipment you have available, we do recommend you have access to a gym when training from home.
After a few months of training in-person, athletes will have the option to switch to an entirely remote program if needed.
This can be a great option for athletes who start with us in the off-season and want to continue training in-season.
